**I CAN SEND PICTURES OUT OF THE BOOK ONCE YOU CHOOSE A STORY TO WRITE ABOUT. THIS IS JUST A DISCUSSION BOARD NOT AN REPORT MAYBE 250-300 WORDS AT LEAST****

Scholars,

The last Discussion Board post asked you to discuss two goals early Black authors (1748-1865) shared, and you observed that  they resisted oppression and demonstrated Black people’s humanity.

This week, we have begun discussing the shifting goals of Black writers during the late-19th through the early-20th century (1865-1918).  These writers had other reasons for writing:  one, they confirm Black people’s creativity and genius;  two, their work documents Black people’s experiences post-Emancipation; and  three, the literature shapes their social, political, and spiritual aspirations.

Identify ONE author we have read who wrote during the period of Reconstruction (1865-1877) and/or through the early part of the 20th century (1878-1919) who accomplished at least two of these objectives.

Please suspend the desire to post a response until we have read a few more authors.  You might really enjoy some of the authors we will discuss later in the week.

We are always aiming to provide top quality academic writing services that will surely enable you achieve your desired academic grades. Our support is round the clock!
