What I have thought is the floating architecture in some countries or it can be in USA. Something can related with vernacular architecture. The assignment should be related with meteorology. The houses that float during the floods. Example is included.

-The countries affected by El Nino and La Nina.
-Vernacular architecture in frequent flooding region.
-Materials they used in the structure.
