the question will be on the right of Self Defense.
o Under which conditions we have the right of protection of our country?
o What are the rules and regulations of warfare?
o What does the UN say about it?
o What I want you to remember is that you have to advise me what to do in case someone attacks the country?
o Do I have the right for Self defense?
o what does the UN Say?
o are there any cases as such? or compared with?
o what can we discuss and learn from?

• You will be examining only 1 case that is currently ongoing also in 2016!! an ongoing international security issue that is currently ongoing using article 51
The topic as stated should only up to date.

Which means that the references and sources should be also up to date as possible. Examine current cases seen from the point of view of security and strategy and combine some legal elements that may justify your research.

The format of the Paper will be examined on the following.

Meeting the CLOs. (1,2,3)
1. Analyze international law and security relations.
2. implement law and rules on international security.
3. understanding the role of military force in global affairs.
2. Structure your methodological approach based on current events.
3. Analysis Case analysis after a brief only arhival historical background.
4. Think that you are the advisor. And you have to report on a project through a current analysis on a running case within 2016.

It may be all cases of international security and or safety. It has to be international case. Not national and not local case.

Important Note… only current cases within 2016, should be considered. Not past case. This means evidence should be as recent as possible. Use also the UN Charter when and where applicable or other legal sources to examine the case.

Structure that we are currently learning is clear.

It needs to include a standard format and style of paper.

Introduction: Statement/questions to be raised/introducing the subject.
Main: what is analyzed how is described. What is the correlation to the matter and the subject.
Answer the why when where with what elements, positioning and clearly describing and defining.

The case study should be as updated as possible. They should be properly sourced and referenced at all times.
