Assess the similarities (plea bargaining, appeals, right to hearings, right against self- incrimination, due process, etc) and differences (rehabilitation efforts/ initiatives, juvenile court proceedings, leniency of evidence, confidentiality of records, etc) between the adult justice system and the juvenile justice system.
