Paper instructions:
Critical essay of between 3000 and 3500 words in length, on an organisation with which you are familiar. You should select material from throughout the module, and should discuss your plans with one of the module tutors at an early stage to ensure that your focus is appropriate and sufficiently critical.

‘Using relevant theories and concepts, discuss the implications of conceptualizing change as a planned and manageable process.’

The Critical Essay requires you to discuss ideas, concepts, theories, frameworks, techniques and research findings, as appropriate. This is an in depth, critical piece of work so you should not spend time describing theories of change.

?    The ability to apply theoretical frameworks and concepts to different  contexts;

?    The ability to translate a systematic analysis into management practice and vice versa

1.    It should be written as story and should look like coherent essay words no more than 3850 no content page, it should not be a report.
2.    Determine theory and relevant Concepts.
3.    What is change? What is happening with change, what happened before change and after change?
4.    Select core arguments
5.    Theories should be applied for the change?
6.    Tell positive about conceptualizing change as planned and manageable process?
7.    Linear models of change?
8.    Use right models, theories, ideas, concepts, examples from organisation.
9.    Do not describe models?
10.    If you claim anything it would have to be with evidence. Don’t Make false statement evidence or proper reference is required.
