Creating Magic

In his book, Creating Magic, Lee Cockerell explains his philosophy of 10 Common Sense Leadership Strategies from a life at Disney. As a future manager, identify three or more philosophies from his book that you will apply to future leadership positions you may hold in the business world. Give at least two examples how this book will increase your effectiveness at home, at work and in your community.
