I will attach NOAA and NEA, my constructive action plan was to work with NYC Department of Parks and Recreation and CERT to create a sanitation plan that helps reduce post rainfall health effects for people going to Mellets playground. Working with the CERT towards strategy formulation will help create an approach vital in primarily addressing the health effects caused by floods.
