-Overview about the case study
-SWOT analysis of the company
-Provide 5 assumptions based on the SWOT analysis

Chapter 3:
-Chapter introduction
-Identification of all the problems in the case study
-Grouping the problems into 3 subject areas
-For each subject, identification of 3 models/theories that will be used to appropriately analyse the problems in the next chapter (9 in total)
-Literature review for each 9 models identified above
– Data sources

Chapter 4:
-Chapter introduction
-Critically analyse the case using the 9 models chosen in the Chapter 3

Chapter5:

– Recommendations, solutions and conclusion
