In the first part of the paper write about what we understand relative to healthcare for the poor and what we further need to uncover to work toward a solution.then describe the nature, extent, and significance of it, define the problem, referencing available data to illustrate its existence and severity and also discuss the harm caused. Then in the other section of the paper discuss next steps, what else needs to be understood and uncovered, including your thoughts about how that can be achieved also consider what needs to be further understood relative to the problem as well as how we can go about working toward a plan to resolve the problem
