Identify one major challenge in the counseling professions using Counseling Today, the Journal of Counseling and Development, and CESNET or COUNGRADS listserv. Each student will write a paper detailing the issue, outlining a solution to the challenge, and explore an ethical dilemma associated with the issue. The paper is to be approximately 8 pages in length with at least 10 references, most from the last 10 years. Tie the paper in with the ACA Code of Ethics.
