Capstone report; Students required to create a report for the senior management of an organization named Bobco. The report to be designed to provide senior management with benefits of KM(knowledge Management) for that organization , the costs associated with it as well as a prioritized list of initiatives that can be implemented within the organization leading to new competitive advantage. Senior leadership should be able to make informed decision based upon the report. The report will be scored on 1.ability to collect data and conduct relevant analysis. 2. provide sound recommendations of how KM can be used to solve business problems. 3. Justify the solution proposed 3. determine the like hood that senior management would adapt the proposed action based upon the report.
