Each Reflection in Action Entry should be at least 400 words in length and is due on Monday at the end of each week in D2L Dropbox. Discuss and reflect on the topic in terms of:

Course objectives

1.Describe the framework for health policy initiatives.

2.Discuss healthcare policy as it applies to system leadership.

3.Demonstrate ability to comprehend and critique components of driving change that impact 

health policy.

4.Examine the impact of technological innovations, such as telehealth, on development of 

health policy.

5.Analyze application of health policy in evidence based practice and research literature. 

6.Synthesize grassroots policy initiatives as they relate to the nurse leader.
