Do you agree with the economist regarding what the federal government should spend its money on?  What else should the government spend on?  Do those items have “Public Goods” like characteristics (i.e. is it easier/better to do something collectively)? For instance, the USPS–one can be excluded from sending mail without paying, but if you consider the ability to receive mail, the USPS has some “public goods-like” characteristics.

What are the issues surrounding autopsies–what are the benefits and who receives those benefits?  Would you expect autopsies to be underprovided?  Are there any other ways of providing the “efficient level” of autopsies?
