Social Networking And 4th Amendment

The final research project will focus on Technology and Individual Rights relative to the 4th Amendment. Students are required to read/review the research provided on Social Networking and the Fourth Amendment: Location Tracking on FaceBook, Twitter, Instagram and other new social networking relative to users.
