This week’s readings and following question is about “strategic planning under conditions of ubiquitous uncertainty and perpetual change. Here is the question:

If the broader exogenous (external) political and policy environment is fraught with “ubiquitous uncertainty” and perpetual change, what are the various tools provided by strategic planning approaches that organizations can use to promote relative internal security and stability?
