Social Welfare Program: Housing Assistance (Section 8)

My opinion: Program should not continue in its current form. People should be allowed to stay on Section 8 for a lifetime. It should not be handed down from one generation to the next. It should be a stepping stone to help people, not allow them to continue in poverty.
